Distinct from 3214: The author explicitly approved that 3248 and 3214 are separate VECs. 3214 is a Clearing Code ("Pain Dissolver"). 3248 is a Healing Code ("Epigenetic Decree"). They serve different functions and belong to different code families.
The corrected text (VEC 8, p.216) reads: "864 calms the storm. 3248 rebuilds the foundation." The original text erroneously read "3214 rebuilds the foundation" — a typographical error confirmed by the author.
